BSC MIS BSC data can be analyzed even more in detail with the cube prepared in MIS from BSC data. BSC dashboard for MIS is prepared, as BSC perspectives in this case Cube’s names from MIS are used; from every cube 5-6 KPIs are defined and presented. BSC BP Description: BSC gives input with defining strategic goals per products, markets, business units. Then a BP is prepared on basis of the detailed plan. Proces DM Process module prepares an ISO document in Word automatically. That document is then available to other users in DM under ISO documents. Information flow can be prepared in Process module. When defining which documents need to be used in that process, we select them from DM, when the user opens that document, the last version of that document is opened. Also Workflow prepared in Process can generate automated WF in DM.
