Core Competencies Task Force and Communication Progress Report on Competencies

A group of us are working on core competencies These are the key research skills you’d need to have as a business major student.

These are the key research skills for business students. Make sure students have a structured experience.

Tutorials, surveys, assessments, and continuing education for faculty. Core Competencies could assist with measuring outcomes, training and other accreditation goals.

How to Solve Communication Breakdowns Core Comps: reclaim expert status, something tangible to communication about, plus sense of forward motion here.

Progress Report Done: our experiences as business librarians and literature survey. Next up: interviews with employers, faculty and students.
