A Streetcar Named Desire A One-Pager from Elysian Fields K. Matteson AP Literature

To be included on your one-pager: 1.One enduring symbol from the first 6 scenes of the play. (Must be illustrated) 2.6 quotes (one from each scene) that capture the overarching theme of each scene. After each quotation, I need to see at least 2 sentences of analysis explaining the quote’s significance. 3.3 HOT questions, specifically related to events from the first 6 scenes. 4.A timeline detailing Blanche’s experiences thus far in New Orleans 5.2 detailed observations through the literary theory lens of your choice. Be sure to label with your chosen theoretical lens. These observations may respond to the questions you already have for each lens, or you may provide 2 big-idea statements through your chosen lens. These should focus on Scenes 5 and 6 only.

Due next class (Thursday for White AP, Friday for Blue AP) Some of you will present these to the class, and all of you will tape your one-pagers to the wall. Make sure you have this assignment completed when you arrive to class! No freebies this time!
