TABLE CONVERSATION RIGHT STUDENT, IN THE RIGHT PROGRAM, FOR THE RIGHT REASON  What are the array of career preparation options in your district?  Where are your gaps?  What is the process in your district for considering career preparation options in your district?  What is the process for considering your district CTE options or the OSTC for a student with an IEP?  How do you know you are considering the right student for the right program, for the right reason?

NEXT STEPS  What is missing?  What is needed locally? Regionally?  How do district personnel have the conversations with students about choices and when?  What resources do district staff need to assist in the selection process?
