By Jay Asher

 Clay Jensen is just a normal high school student until a mysterious package arrives on his front steps two weeks after his crush Hannah Baker commits suicide. Inside he finds thirteen cassette tapes each side explaining why Hannah decided too commit suicide. Clay goes on a life changing journey that he never expected was going to happen, all while figuring out the truth about Hannah’s life.

 I recommend this book because I think it really makes you want to help others who are like Hannah see life is worth it. I think this book really makes you see that every little thing you say or do affects someone around you.
