Sewer Service Data Staff has been collecting water and sewer service area maps from each community. This information will be used in the 2040 Plan development to determine which areas can develop at a subdivision residential density. SF density is 3-6 units per acre MF density is 8+ units per acre The sewer service area maps were adjusted to include adjacent parcels of property that could be more easily hooked up for service. 17
