 You will be allowed at your locker 5 times a day: 1. Before homeroom 2. Before SOAR 3. Before lunch 4. After lunch 5. At the end of the day  Before homeroom, get all the books and materials that you will need for Periods 1& 2 (that includes your gym clothes!)

 Go straight from your locker to homeroom. Homeroom attendance will be taken at 8:15.  Turn in all papers that need to go to the office.  Stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.  Listen to the announcements.

 Do not go to your locker!  Go straight to your 1st period class.  Don’t forget the school hallway procedures on your way to class. (Periods 1 & 2)

 After 2 nd Period, go to your locker and get any materials you need for SOAR.  Don’t forget your book!

1.Don’t be late to class! 2.Update your agenda right away. 3.Get right to work on your “Warm-up” 4.Always have your silent reading book with you in class.

If you need to use the bathroom: 1. Raise your hand to ask permission. 2.Fill out a pass. 3.Fill out the sign-out sheet. 4.Bring the pass to your teacher to sign.

At the end of class: 1.Don’t begin packing up until your teacher dismisses you. 2.Take a look around your area before you leave and make sure that it is clean and the desks are straight.

Other things to know: 1.There is NO gum chewing in any science class. 2.Once every 2 weeks, your teachers will give you minutes to organize your binder.

 After fifth period, go to your locker, get your lunch, and head to the cafeteria.  Don’t wait for your friends at their lockers!  After lunch, stop at your locker and get all the books and materials that you’ll need for the rest of the day.

 Ways to receive Disciplinary Action: ◦ Disrespect a teacher ◦ Disrespect a student ◦ Fail to follow teacher instructions ◦ Inappropriate language/behavior ◦ Lateness to class ◦ Being tardy to school

If you do not follow our classroom guidelines, you will receive a warning. A lunch detention may or may not be given. If the behavior continues, you will be referred to the office. Mr. Beyer will then will determine disciplinary action and your parents will be notified.
