Workshops Review 1 cancelled before the day 1 only with a morning session Lower attendance due to lack of attendees on the day. Recommendations Go for quality rather than quantity of workshops as the lower rated workshops were the least popular.

Catering Review Variety of catering = 8 (Very Good) Quality of catering = 8 (Very Good) Catering’s management could have been better, as the team had to serve at stations. Recommendations “More tables in Quayside perhaps standing style.” Have food that can be eaten more as a finger buffet.

Exhibition Review Average rating of 7 (Good) Twist Pasta Bar changed to unmanned stand. Revolution pulled out before the day. Titanic Spa cancelled on the day. Recommendations Maybe dedicate a specific time slot in the day as people utilised the lunch as a social gathering.

Tours Review Average of 8 (Very good) Only 15/ 58 attended, possibly due to the bad weather and lack of time to eat lunch, although they had a separate queue. Recommendations Have this later in the day or as an alternative to a workshop choice.
