What is Health-Related Fitness? The ability of the body to meet the demands of daily physical effort and activity, to have enough energy reserve for unexpected emergencies and to enjoy the feeling of well being that regular exercise brings.

Flexibility The ability to move the body joints and muscles through the full range of motion (ROM) without discomfort or pain. Importance: To keep the muscles and joints pliable which will lessen the chance of injury Examples: Static, Dynamic, PNF
