Draft directive on re-use of PSI General right of re-use of public sector information Double limitation generally accessible information: ‘information to which a right of access is granted under the rules in the Member States for access to information and all information used by public sector bodies as an input for information products which they commercialise’ ‘where public sector bodies allow the re-use’ Exceptions : e.g. personal data, IPR, educational and research establishments, cultural establishments
