January 2015  Area Governor – Start second-round of Area club visits  Encourage club officers to attend training  Check the D42 Calendar for the latest dates of training in the District  Prepare for Mid Winter Training February 27-28, 2015 in Red Deer, Alberta  Webinar Schedule – Watch for the January and February 2015 schedule to be released  January 31, 2015  District Incentives or Contests DCP Go-Getter –Clubs need to Achieve 5 DCP Points  Submit Club Success Plan to qualify for Wall Chart (Charts to be distributed ay Mid Winter Training  Club Fitness Award Extended

February 2015  Talk up Toastmasters  Add 5 new, dual or reinstated members  Feb - Mar (ribbon and 10% T I discount)  February 27-28, 2015  Mid Winter Training, Red Deer, Alberta  February 28, 2015  End of 2 nd Round of Club Officer Training All Training must be completed by this date.
