 No use of cell phones in the hangars or back shops during working hours. If you have a cell phone it should be turned off during working hours and only should be used while on scheduled breaks or during lunch. In case of an emergency, the main number ( ) can be called to reach any Nomad Aviation employee.  A smoking area has been provided next to the T-44 hangar; this area needs to be cleaned and maintained daily by the individuals using it. This is the only authorized smoking area at the Nomad facility. Please utilize it during breaks and lunch hour, don’t abuse the privilege.  Due to the high noise levels in the work areas it can be very difficult to communicate with others. Playing of loud music adds to the confusion and makes it difficult to carry on a conversation with one another or discuss work issues without leaving the area. Effective immediately no stereos, headphones, iPods, CD players, radios, etc. will be allowed in the hangar or back shop areas. Use of these items will be limited to the scheduled break times.  There is a large amount of work being done in a relatively small area on these aircraft. Please maintain “Good Housekeeping” rules and clean your work area as you go. At the end of each shift in each hangar or workspace, the leads and supervisors will ensure that an end of shift cleanup is performed. This will occur on a daily basis and will be performed by all personnel.  All Time cards much have your:  Last Name, First Name  Employee Number  Work order number - Item number  Example 35-2  Time Punch (in and out for each work order  Time Card turned in each day  Any time card not turned in will be considered an absence  Non punch occurrences must be signed by a supervisor Production Personnel

 FOD  According to a survey by the aviation industry, Foreign Object Damage was ranked as the most likely potential ground based cause that could lead to a catastrophic aviation event.  Proactive approach to prevent FOD  Reactive Measure to correct problems and prevent reoccurrence.
