What can you bring? What do the committee need and by when?

The Budget… Current Balance $24, Committee Budgets need to be submitted by April 10 in preparation for the April 21 meeting We have sold tickets to 43% of the class! We have raised 60% of the needed funds. Butterbraids and Craft Fair came in below goal but we have a few more fundraisers to go. Rest will come in through business solicitations, raffle, pancake breakfast, cub bagging and restaurant fundraisers. Detailed Report is located on handout

Fundraising - Help STILL NEEDED! QUILT RAFFLE $3.00 or 2/$ shirts still being taken - leave shirts with Ms. Kelly-Carroll - Raffle tickets available for purchase tonight, when party tickets are sold in the lunchroom, at the Pancake Breakfast - Pre-purchase them and sell yourselves and turn in before the night of the party. - Quilt drawing will be held at the senior party

Fundraising - Help STILL NEEDED! Pancake Breakfast – Tickets $8.00 April 11 from 7:30-10:30am Fireside in Rosemount Pre-sell tickets (1 drawing ticket for every 2 sold) Volunteer shifts available 7-9:15 and 9-11:15 (cooks, hosts, servers, busers)

Ongoing Fundraising See’s Candy - $48.00 per box (sell for $2 ea.) Great for Easter Baskets!!! Gerten’s Gift Cards Butterbraid Sales – 19 sellers total profit of $1, Pancake Breakfast – April – sign-up to help. Tickets available to sell Savvi Tux Rental – when prom tickets go on sale Cub Bagging – May 21 Gift Baskets Spirit Items– Go to Website; order sports and club specialty items such as yard signs, shirts, hockey/lax stick wraps and more **new item is the luggage tag! Donations * pick up a donation letter or print off the website * ask your employer (Wal-Mart, Pepsi employees?) * those that contacted businesses, please return sheet so that we can follow up

What kinds of donations are we looking for? Cash/Checks/Visa Gift Cards Age appropriate gifts and prizes (new, never used, in package) Gift Baskets Gift Cards (Target, gas cards, favorite restaurant) Items to be used for party (food, paper goods, decorations, etc) **Sam’s Club has discount cards 5 - $10.00 cards to Cold Stone for $40.00 **pick up a donation form. Receipts will be provided for anyone requiring it for tax purposes

April Mailing Submit information for mailing to by end of Spring Break Momentos, tickets, donation needs, thank you’s, fundraising, hype about the party, volunteer needs for the night of the party, information about check in and out process PLEASE don’t make me chase you down for this information…
