Tell Your Friends About the Ambassador Program In 2011, the Fair Board created the Ambassador Program to promote the annual Fair & Rodeo. In 2011, the Fair Board created the Ambassador Program to promote the annual Fair & Rodeo. All Yamhill County junior and senior high school students with a 2.5 GPA are eligible to apply.
