Strategically Programme Board Change Theme 1 Intensive industry influenced focus on employability within the CfE broad general education Change Theme 2 Clearer vocational pathways, starting in the senior phase leading to industry recognised qualifications Change Theme 3 College system focussed on employability, responding to industry’s skills needs Change Theme 4 Apprentice opportunities for young people to achieve a flexible set of qualifications, up to and including degree level Change Theme 5 A system underpinned by industry engagement
