Mulia Fault Tree and their analysis : Event Tree and their analysis : A Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a logical representation of a nominated event in terms of basic acts or failures. There are 2 basic logic gates or structure; An Event Tree Analysis (ETA) consider the possible outcomes from a particular nominated event by tracing the logical outcomes. ‘OR’ gate means that cause 1 or 2 or 3 will mean event T will occur ‘AND’ gate means that cause 1,2 and 3 must occur for event T to occur
