Judgement Your ability to weigh up situations and make ethical, responsible decisions. Knowing when to take the initiative and when to take risks. Commonsense, consistency, fairness and flexibility are all contributory factors. Bearing Who you are – what adds up to your credibility. Your appearance, charisma, physical fitness, enthusiasm, sense of humour and humility are all important elements that contribute to your ‘presence’ as a commander.
