Learning Objectives Identify the pathway individuals take to develop an identity and gain acceptance as a radiologic technologist. Describe the principle of organizational socialization. Distinguish explicit form tacit knowledge in the work setting. Identify potential types of legacy loss resulting from work force turnover. Identify strategies to prevent legacy loss in the radiologic sciences.
