 43 year old male patient on dialysis  Type two diabetic with a 10 year duration  Hypertension - dyslipidaemia  Dense Peripheral Neuropathy  History of Foot ulceration  Right foot Cellulitis and Right toe gangrene  Multiple cutaneous infections  Chronic Osteomyelitis – septic arthritis  Recurrent foot trauma

 Plastic surgical debridement  Vascular surgical debridement  Orthopaedic surgical debridement  IV therapy maximum of 6 weeks  18 outpatient clinics June 2011 to Oct 2013  50% DNA  Total 28 days admission between 2011 and 2013  Admission Cost per day $850  Total Cost $23,800
