ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MadisonLiam & Siena  Check on the popcorn and icy pole stock.  Make sure the stock is well supplied  If stock is low, inform the secretary.  Make sure the fridge is closed after checking stock  Checking Best Before Dates.  Manage the writing and communication of rosters ◦ Everyone gets a turn ◦ People are on once a week ◦ People change roles ◦ An ICE Committee member is on every day  Ensure there are sufficient Tally sheets

Adrian & Nici Luke  Count money in accordance with the bank bags, completing weekly Treasury Sheet  Track sales/money on weekly sales sheet, cross checking to Tally Sheets  Tell secretary of profit weekly  Remind people to keep the money tin safe and make sure they bring it up when they finish selling.  Take & Circulate minutes  Submit weekly report to P&F representative ◦ Stock on Hand ◦ Profit ◦ Things that went well ◦ Issues for discussion ◦ Due Fridays by 3:30pm  Organise Agenda ◦ Due 3:30pm day before meeting

AllYear 5’s  Wash hands according to council guidelines ◦ Do not cut if unwell e.g. coughing  Clean selling surface and equipment according to council guidelines posted on the Icy Pole freezer ◦ Sign the cleaning roster  Cut the Icy Pole top into the lined bucket only once the sale has been recorded on the Tally  Monitor students behaviour during purchase and consumption  Remind students to stay in their line  Remind students to finish eating and dispose of rubbish before playing  Bring in bin to the ICE room five minutes after the sellers have finished

Remember ICE provides the money for YOUR Grade 6 Graduation activities in 2014  Keep the selling period to no more than 20 minutes  Accept rosters and perform duty consistently and reliably  Complete Action Items from Meetings  Keep Stock and Money secure at all times  Ensure records are kept in the ICE folder  Follow the Council cleaning and hygiene standards  Provide feedback constructively  Be a good team player
