My Story I have been called many things; The Dark One, The Lightning’s Fury, and many others. But now, while we speak I am hunted. It all started when I was a boy…

Miserable Days I was born to a poor family. Although we were poor we were happy. But my father was a thief. Since we were so poor, no one would give him work and we were so hungry. When my father came back that day the soldiers were holding him and the reason why they were there was to execute him in front of us. I watched in horror an ax fell upon his head! I ran into the woods in rage.

The Woods I cried and cried. I never knew how dangerous my father’s job was. He used to make food and teach me to hunt. That moment I swore to follow my fathers footsteps and take vengeance. I spent my time throwing axes at targets, knifing dummies, climbing trees, and shooting my bow at any animal I saw. The Dark Thief was born!

My First theft A woman ran into the forest crying. Out of curiosity I jumped from tree to tree silently like a shadow. She stopped fell on a rock and started praying to God out loud “Please, my Lord my child has been kidnapped and my things stolen!” “All of this because the Moonlit Warier did not enjoy my cooking!” I knew what it felt like to have everything taken away from me. I withdrew in the darkness.

My Enemy I found the Moonlit Warier in the city that knight reaching it by stealth. He was on a rooftop sitting there in the darkness he seemed to glow white. I told my self “The darkness is my birthright and he is that one light in the darkness, the moon.” I stopped and readied my bow I shot but as quick as light he caught it in his hand and said lazily, “I can sense you.” And I attacked…

The Fight He fought well. He stabbed at me, but I side- stepped his blow. He swung his sword and I summer salted over him and fought back with my sword. He jumped on a wall and rocketed at me at me. At that moment I grabbed my dagger and threw it. I hit him in the chest. He seemed to grow dimmer. I grabbed my sword and held it to his neck and asked, “Where is the child”…

I’m not so Bad After All I found the mother in the woods asleep. I laid the sleeping child and her mother’s goods next to her and wrote a note that said, “The Dark Thief was here.” I set it in her hand and left silently, in the darkness.

And Here I Am Now Then I found you on my way and I got bored so I told you my story. I am now being hunted by the Moonlit Warrior's grieving solders. I want you to spread the word. I can not tell you my name but be aware of “The Dark Thief.”
