Send a note or an to an employee thanking them when they stay late to help with a project, fix a problem, etc. (put a copy in their file) -Treat employees as people first (How you treat them can affect how they treat the people in your community)

RECOGNITION  -When there’s a problem, let employees come up with an idea to solve it and if its sound, let them TRY it. - Give employees the opportunity to weigh in on equipment purchases before they are made -Let responsible employees make purchases on behalf of the organization (blank DVD’s, office supplies, etc. on a budget) -Lead by example (do as you want them to do)

Don’t forget to RECOGNIZE employees for their contributions… And maybe they will recognize yours!
