FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND GESTURES Select short scenes from movies. Watch the videos and copy the facial expressions and gestures you see.
Watch the videos again. How are the people feeling?
“I have to go to the bank.” Watch the videos again. Say the sentence above many times, copying the gestures and facial expressions.
Select scenes from movies or TV shows. Show students the dialog (a short one) Ask them how they would say that. They can practice the dialog in pairs. Then show the movie scene for them to compare. Use different scenes.
