Machinery FRIMA Machines include fully automatic systems to produce cement & fly ash products. Machine systems use state of the art automation thus reducing man power required for the process. The hydraulic and pneumatic systems involved are simple technologies thus reducing energy consumption both electricity & water. Our biggest machine can produce 2,50,000 fly ash bricks and the range goes up to our smallest machine capable of producing 75,000 fly ash bricks in 24 hours of production.

Production Capacities
Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL), Raigarh, India Machinery installed in 2011 to produce fly ash bricks, inter locks, hollow blocks and solid blocks. FRIMA model HP 1400 capable of producing 2,50,000 fly ash bricks in 24 hours is installed at Raigarh consuming ton of fly ash per day. It is the largest brick plant in India.
