The vision was incepted into a company called Jay Khodiar Engineering Works in year 1991 by Shree Vinodbhai Patel. Eventually company expanded into a cluster of 5 firms by year 2006 and was renamed Jay Khodiar Industries. In year 2010 the company joined hands with Jei Bearings to venture into further frontiers of engineering excellence and thus is born ISK Bearing Industries.
