Collateral Guidelines Our website, is a great source of information about our business, products and services and you can also access our Business Partners portals. Our approach has been to develop a suite of collateral that compliments, rather than duplicates our Business Partners collateral, which you may find is more detailed and technical. It is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the available XLink Collateral so that you can decide which collateral would be best to use in each case. We have conveniently placed the collateral that you will find most relevant in soft copy on the XLink Reseller Portal. You will be ed the link to this page. The collateral on the portal can be printed as and when required and we have provided you with an idea of the formats we have found works best. Please always ensure that you are only using the most current version of XLink’s Collateral and Sales Documentation by always accessing it directly from the server/portal and not from files previously saved on your local drives. powered by

Brand Guidelines We have developed an Approved Reseller logo for your use which you are welcome to add to your collateral, we do however, request that we are provided an opportunity to approve how it is used. We are also able to provide you assistance to develop for co-branded material such as business cards. Please refer to the relevant section in the XLink Reseller Agreement to ensure you comply with the terms of use of XLink collateral and brand. powered by

How to gain access to the relevant documents & templates XLink Collateral These documents are stored conveniently for you in the XLink Reseller Portal, simply go to and download the documents you need. XLink Proposal and Service Agreements These documents are located on a secure FTP server. To access this server, you will need to do the following: 1.Install an SFTP client like WinSCP (pictured below) which is freely downloadable at 2.Set up the session by capturing the following information: Host name: Port Number: Capture your user name and password: The username is: Reseller The password is: R3s3!!3r#02 Username and passwords are case sensitive. 4.Download the folders you need - Once you have successfully logged, locate the files you need in the relevant folder as shown below.
