Modoc County Assessor Office Alturas, California Step 1: Documents are FTPed each night from Recorder’s AtPac system to the Assessor Office. Step 2: Documents are imported into halFILE. Unnecessary documents are eliminated. Step 3: Draft person “parcelizes” and identifies any obvious issues and sets status set to ‘2’. Step 4: Clerk searches for any documents with status of ‘2’ and processes those documents and sets status to ‘3’. Step 5: Processed documents are archived.
