UP TO TODAY, CHECK THAT… 1.You have glued or taped the cover sheet to the front of the first divider and filled it in using INK 2.Section 1 has SIX pages (5 items) a. All headings are totally done (Date February 4) b. The table of contents has dates (2/4) for all 5 lines and you’ve read the code meaning c. Attendance for the last two weeks is accurate with the correct symbols for tardies, passes, materials, etc. on item 2 (Participation). 2

SECTION 5: STORAGE This section should have all papers returned to you as an EVIDENCE FILE Record the papers on the table of contents, then put them in that order behind it, for example… 102/04 Table of Contents 202/04 Assignment 1 302/05 Assignment 2 402/13 Test 1 5

CHECK FOR A PERFECT SCORE headings 1.Are all headings complete on each item in every section? ink 2.Is all work in ink? Tables of Contents 3.Are the Tables of Contents complete? order 4.Is everything in the order for the sections according to the Tables of Contents? not 5.Have you removed all papers not on the Table of Contents for that section? 6
