Suggested text: From the chart we can see the trend of literacy rates in Sunshine country from 1998 to As can be seen, the literacy rates in Lowlands and Midlands tended to increase whereas this rate in Highlands tended to decrease. In Lowlands, the rate of literate people gradually rose from 50% in 1998 to 56% in However, from 2004 it suddenly climbed up to 95%. As to Midlands, the rate of literacy increased gradually 5% every 2 year. In 1998 this rate is 70% and in 2007 it reached 85%. Meanwhile, the rate of literate people fell from 50% in 1998 to 30% in In conclusion, the literacy rates changed differently in 3 regions of Sunshine country from 1998 to 2007.
