Lists Make a list with realistic and positive goals

Plan Make a plan and stick to it. Time can be constraining so make sure you have a time line.

Success Define success in your own terms and accomplish what you really want.

Start Small Start small, stay motivated, and meaningful.

Alignments Have alignments in place so you don’t get off track.

Mentors Have a mentor who has similar goals that can help with struggles, give opinions, different viewpoints, and be objective.

Grow Grow. Don't just stay at the same goals when you can achieve so much more by expanding and growing.

Evaluate Evaluate your goals and see what all you have accomplished.
