WHAT IS Procedure for Reporting Cases WHO  Any person having knowledge of commission of an offence under the Act shall report  Media, Hotel, Lodge, Hospital, club, studio or photographic facilities if come across any material or object which is sexually exploitive of a child shall report WHERE  Special Juvenile Police Unit or  Local Police Failure to report  punishment of imprisonment upto 6 months or fine or both  Failure to report offence committed by sub-ordinate- punishment of imprisonment upto 1 year and fine
