VENTILATION Proper ventilation arrangements are provided as per the WHO- GMP norms. In critical operational area air conditioning plant is provided. Each core process room is supplied with controlled air passed through pre filters having efficiency of 99%. The environmental parameters such as Particle monitoring, Temperature, Humidity, Air changes, Air pressure differentials, and Microbiological Monitoring are checked at periodic intervals. Minimum 20 air changes are provided in all production area. Day store Raw material store has been equipped with HVAC System.

OTHERS No toxic or hazardous and sensitizing materials are handled in this facility. The facility is highly specialized and designed for the exclusive use for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulations & Food products. There is bore well as a source of raw water for proper functioning of factory premises The raw water is stored in a water storage tanks having capacity of 50,000 liter. The treated DM water is pumped up in stainless steel (S.S. 304) storage tanks of 5000 liter capacity. The regular cleaning of tanks & their record of cleaning is maintained.
