Vital element of success between the client and the case manager is how case management is handled. It would need four years to learn formal education; however, the expertise on mental health, substance abuse and social work are factors that would dictate such success. This would entail one to undergo training courses on being a case manager. Thus, the profession of being a case manager is a difficult yet rewarding profession. Imagine, how can one comfort a client while trying to confront him with the reality of the situation? Most cases that a case manager is faced with, has to do with this kind of motivation, and some cases even has to deal with intense and emotionally disturbed scenarios.
