Project Idea Concept Heat recovery from low temperature (<100ºC) process waste streams with the aid of high temperature heat pumps, in order to produce hot water or process steam, which will be utilized to partially cover plants needs in process heat. Technology development, demonstration in 2 industrial plants, monitoring & validation. 3

Project Idea Concept SPIRE PROCESS Key Action 2.2: Energy harvesting, storage and reuse Horizon topic EE /2015: New technologies for utilization of heat recovery in large industrial systems, considering the whole energy cycle from heat production to transformation, delivery and end use.
