 Who Qualifies: Students Who Have a Print Disability due to Blindness, Low Vision, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, or a Cognitive Disability such as TBI.  Students who are unable to obtain information through the use of traditional print materials and require accessible materials appropriate to their individual needs.
