New Developments New Android App We just released a brand new UtahRealEstate.com Android app. It fixes the issues on the old app that our users reported. The app has also been given a new look and feel that we think you will love! It works for both Android tablets and phones. Technical note: Since this is a new app, you will need to delete your old app off of your mobile device before you install the new one. After removing your old app, search for “UtahRealEstate.com” in your Google Play Store to download the new one.

New Developments Share with iOS Mobile The latest version of our Apple Mobile App includes the new social sharing button that allows users to share a listing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, via , or by text.

IDX vs Syndication We’re often asked, “What is the difference between IDX and Syndication?” IDX services are an easy way to allow the public to search and view active properties on your website. Syndication allows brokerages to display their listings on national and 3rd party consumer portals.

Tech Tip: Problems saving PDF files in Google Chrome Have you had this error? Chrome recently changed its settings to use its own PDF viewer instead of Adobe Reader. To change it back so that PDFs work again, follow these steps: 1.Open a new tab or window in Chrome, and type about:plugins in the address bar. 2.Scroll down and disable the Chrome PDF Viewer. 3.Then, scroll down and Enable the Adobe Reader plugin, and put a check next to Always Allowed. 4.Close the plugins tab and try saving the PDF again
