Setting Up Testing Session: Hints Always Assign a Test when setting up a testing session Teachers with Periods do not want to use the “Test My Class” short cut. When naming a test session…make sure to include site name since whole district can see

Testing Process

Teacher/Proctor Students Log On: a a  Click on Log In  User Name: entire address  Password: Whatever you reset it to be Chromebooks: Log on using MAP Log On Credentials MAC and PC  Open the Lock Down Browser Accessing the Testing

Student Chromebooks Log onto the Device using the information on the Sticker and Click on Sign In

Chromebooks: MAP Student Test Site The Join Session Page will open If a window does not open click on the chrome icon, it will open up a blank webpage in chrome. Click on the Home Icon to open up the Join Session Page

Chromebooks: If a student ever gets this Click on the Home Icon to Get Back to the Join Session Page WEB PAGE BLOCKED Close the window. Click on the Chrome Icon to reopen and then click on the Home Icon to open up the Join Session Page Again

Testing Reminders SUSPENDED TESTs: Students must log in and finish when 14 days (including weekends) TESTING WITHIN WINDOWS: Students can take each test only once with the testing windows. STUDENTS SIGNNING INTO TEST: Student must be showing as Awaiting Student on Proctor Sign to sign in…otherwise their name will not appear on the drop down list.
