Identify your sponsors Coordinating Sponsors –Chamber of Commerce, Adult Leadership, Civic Organizations, Churches, etc. Supporting Sponsors –Chamber of Commerce, Churches, Board of Education Financial Sponsors –Georgia Power, MCG, Doctor’s Hospital
Coordination Sponsor must develop a blueprint for the program. Form committee to guide program Goals / Objectives Selection Criteria Selection Process Eligibility Budget – Food, Venues, T-shirts, etc. Choose Program Days Set Schedule Choose Program Day Chairs Define Sponsor Packages
