WELCOME TO LONDON!

Location London is in the south east of England just above kent. The centre of London is Charing Cross, close to Trafalgar Square.

What can you do in London? There are lots of things to do, vizit Tower of London, Kew Garden, The house of parlament, Westminster Abbey, and St Margaret's Church

Tower The Tower of London has been a fortress, a palace, an arsenal, a mint, a prison, an observatory, a zoo, the home of the Crown Jewels and a tourist attraction.

Kew Garden The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, usually referred to as Kew Gardens, is 121 hectares of gardens and bo tanical glasshouses between Rich mond and Kew in southwest London, England.

The Houses of Parliament This big palace is the most famous building in the world – the British Parliament. The building is 280 metres long. There are more than 1000 rooms.

What can you see there? Famous landmarks include Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, St Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Trafalgar Square and Wembley Stadium.

St. Paul’s Cathedral St.Paul’s Cathedral is a famous building too. Prince Charles and Princess Diana married here in 1981.

Tower Bridge The most famous bridge in London is a Tower bridge.

Tower Bridge Tower Bridge is a bascule-bridge. The bascules will open to let ships pass through.

London eye For most of you who think that the London Eye’s a big eye carving or a marble statue, London Eye actually is a Ferris wheel which is strategically located at the riverbanks of the Thames. The Eye stands 443 ft. or 135 meters above sea level.
