Time Commitment To gauge how many hours a student’s academic life, work and co-curricular activities will require, use this formula: Total committed hours: + high school classes: # of hours in the day + college class hours + study time (2x total credit hours) + commute time + hours of work/activities = ___ hours per week Students should not commit to more than 60 hours per week.
