What’s My Grade? IDOE developed a workbook with all of the proficiency measures and bonuses already incorporated which allows schools to simply input their achievement data and have their grade automatically calculated. Found here:

What does the Report Card look like? IDOE worked with stakeholders to build sample report cards for both the Elementary/Middle and High School models. They are found here:
