FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA FBLA – PBL (Phi Beta Lambda) is a non-profit 501 education association with a quarter million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. It is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world.

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA FBLA's mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. The FBLA develops leadership, communication, and team skills.

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA Develop competent, aggressive business leadership. Strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work. Create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise. Encourage members in the development of individual projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA The association has four divisions: Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) for high school students; FBLA-Middle Level for junior high, middle, and intermediate school students; Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) for postsecondary students; and Professional Division for businesspeople, FBLA-PBL alumni, educators, and parents who support the goals of the association.
