Proyectos Plan and Rough Draft Build Paper Mache Use masking tape, balloons and cardboard to construct general shape. Use paper mache to cover the shape. Rip newspaper/magazines into strips that are about 1 inch thick. Dip in mixture of half glue, half water Drape on shape, smooth out. Let dry.
