Interest free loan available of £1,000 - £100,000 4 year payback for energy efficiency measure 8 year payback for renewable measure (5% Interest) Measure must be recommended on a Qualifying Report Green Deal Assessment EPC in certain cases Include in application that you have looked at the option of Green Deal finance Small Business Loan

Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland (Tenant support) The Scottish Government Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland are open to people across Scotland. The Scottish Government funds measures under the Energy Assistance Scheme Energy Assistance Scheme Energy Suppliers fund measures under the Affordable Warmth Scheme. Please note that from March 2014 the majority of Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland Affordable Warmth scheme are temporarily paused. Affordable Warmth Scheme Energy efficiency improvements are also on offer to thousands of households within certain areas across Scotland. If you have a property in one of these locations then a range of different funding could support solid wall or under floor insulation installations.

This is a free service as it’s funded by the Scottish Government. This can be a practical on-site energy audit of your private let or discussions over the phone/ Freephone Advice Centre Support
