Forms MUST HAVE:  Parent’s/Guardian’s Signature  Resource Teacher’s signature if you’ve had Resource before  The forms must be handed in to the Counselling Office by the deadline – March 6 th, 2015 NOTE: A separate Mountain Pre-IB or IB Application form must be submitted to the Counselling office by April for these programs

 April - students will receive course confirmations  Carefully check that you have the eight courses you intend to take.  It is easier to get a counselling appointment in June to discuss a change than it will be in September.  Counsellors will be available by appointment only the week before school begins in September.
