Saturn is mostly made up of gas. Saturn is called a gas giant because it is made of gas. it is made of Hydrogen and Helium.

The temperature range is between -308 degrees and -128 degrees. The diameter is 74,897 miles, also the circumference of Saturn is 235,298 miles.

Saturn has 62 moons. Saturn’s biggest moon’s name is Titan. It is bigger than Earth! Only 52 of the moons have received names. Saturn is 885,900,000 miles from the sun.

It takes Saturn 11 hours to rotate on its axis.11 hours is Saturn’s day or Saturn’s rotation.

It takes Saturn 29.1 years to revolve around the sun. Saturn is named after a Roman god. Saturn got its name because it moves slowly across the sky and it is also named after Jupiter’s grandfather.

Saturn is the 6 th planet from the sun. This cold planet makes one rotation on its axis in just 10 hours! Saturn is a gas giant it is mostly made hydrogen and helium.
