Geography: Assumptions & Prerequisites At least the first course, Principles of Hospitality and Tourism it is very flexible Students have some basic computer skills (ability to type, use word processing programs, do simple Internet research). They need to create a portfolio of information on a specific country or world destination- to expand the website’s offerings. They will research the country and present all this information to the class. Driving Question “What information can we present to attract tourists to our destination?” Geography and World Cultures
