The Medicaid program is a lifesaver. It provides millions of Michigan citizens with health care coverage that ensures they receive critical services like immunizations, prenatal care and more. Expanding Medicaid would help ensure more affordable, appropriate care for roughly 450,000 Michiganians, while saving state taxpayers up to $1 billion over 10 years. The Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) will empower consumers. It will expand health care benefits to Michigan residents by giving individuals and small businesses access to insurance through a competitive, private market. Support Medicaid Expansion & HIX
