Recommendations:  All children and young people should be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day. They should feel moderately to very breathless In addition, children and young people should at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes be physically active where the pulse reaches the top

Focus through the medians  Over the last few years there has been more focus on young people's health and physical fitness through television.  Two coaches have through programs put focus on young people's lack of physical fitness and health in a way, which is interesting and has a concept which is mainly targeted at young people.

B.S. CHRISTIANSEN  B.S. Christiansen is one of NATO’s best trained elite soldiers. He is a US-ranger, security expert, advisor, management consultant, advisor, coach and speaker.

BS og Basserne  Through the programs "BS and Basserne" we meet 24 Danish young men and women, all of which have been discarded from the army, because they are in lousy physical shape and extremely overweight.  Former elite soldier B.S. Christiansen gives the overweight young people a new chance for life. He will help them to find inner strenght of will and set new goals in life.  Together with BS the young people takes responsibility for their own lives for the first time.

BS and Basserne  At the first training session B.S. is shocked at the young peoples physical and mental state.  The task seems nearly impossible, but B.S. insists to show the young people and the viewers that it is never too late to build a good life.  B.S. teach the 24 young people to throw away bad habits and think positive and build up a healthy self-esteem.

Chris Macdonald  Chris MacDonald is working with the health, exercise and diet. He graduated MA. scient. in Human Physiology at Copenhagen University and he is founder of Health in the Balance Sheet and body strong mind koncept.  Chris MacDonald has appeared in several television programs, where there are focus on healthy lifestyles, motivation, personal development and physical fitness.

Chris goes to school  One of the program, where Chris Macdonald has focus on young people´s healthy lifestyles, motivation, personal development and physical fitness, is called Chris in school.  Chris Macdonald helps a class in high school during a period of 8 weeks to a healthier lifestyle with improved fitness and concentration to follow.

Before and after the 8 weeks Before:  50% of pupils in the class was in bad shape  Unhealthy lifestyle among students  Low concentration in class  Low energy in class  Low learning in school After:  15% of students in the class was in bad shape  Increased healthy lifestyle among students  Increased concentration in class  Increased learning in class  Better grade average in school
