WHY FUND RAISE ?  It’s fun … or make it fun!  You have a good cause …  Promote AAFCS to new people  Money, of course!

#1 MEETING FUND RAISERS Theme basket – you win, you bring it next time Day at a spa – donated by the business Diamond Drop raffle Make it a fun activity for members and use the money for a specific project

#2 AUCTIONS REINVENTED CLEVER WAYS  Sell a deck of cards  Auction your services  Find donors  Plane ride with a local pilot  Pie-a-month YOUR IDEAS? We pay for good ideas!

# 3 YOU HAVE BEEN FLOCKED? Write a ransom note and explain your fund raiser. Immediate payment needed to have them removed! Donor gets to pick the next victim – who will it be? Or pay to have them “not” show up in your yard!

#4 USE A CHEF OR PLAN A COOK-OFF EVENT Solicit local celebrities or chefs to enter their best dishes Sell tickets to your friends and neighbors Visibility for AAFCS!
